Challenging and Tempering the Team, Making Self-improvement - 2017 L.J.T New Employee Team Building Activities.
After the darkness of severe winter, vibrant March comes. To facilitate the new members of L.J.T to blend into the company faster, enhance mutual understanding and cultivate new employees to love each other and have better team spirit and cohesion, L.J.T organized 2017 New Employee Team Building Activities.
Located in the golden triangle of the Yangtze River Delta, Changshu Jiangxiang Ecological Park is a large challenging and experiencing base in the province.
Once the staff arrived at the ecological park, they immediately lined up and started the journey for the day
"Unified thinking, challenging and tempering the team and improving execution capacity" was the key theme of this activity.
Warm-up activities not only divided teams for the next session, but also made the staff gradually familiar with each other.
Finger press plate session Finger press plate was no stranger to everyone. Usually, it was a "Frightening" prop. The staffs were divided into four teams, and were required to do the designated actions as per the coach. Some had to carry a team member and run, some had to do rope skipping with two people, and some had to through a ball in a blindfolded condition. Whoever completed the action within the shortest time would win. In this session, the team leaders should lead every members, assign tasks and carry out exercises within a limited period of time. The initial pain standing on the pressure plate was gradually forgotten in the team's communication and efforts. All teams only strove for better performance and bought more time for the team. Rapids After lunch, the teams carried out the water project immediately - canoe competition. It was the first time for many people to try canoeing. The key to move the canoe fast in the rapid was not the effort of one team member, but the cooperation of all members on the canoe, so that it would not deviate from the course and would go ahead toward the established direction. Rampage Finally, in the rampage session, all members of the teams were tied in the ankle and went "Rampant", trying to get to the end point as fast as possible. This required the team members to apply a reasonable approach and find the proper rhythm, so as to do better than the other teams. In the contest, some members were stepped on the feet by teammates, some fell to the ground, but none of them gave up halfway. Working together A whole day’s team building soon came to an end. The four teams jointly created a picture that integrated the harvest of the day into the painting. In the process of personal participation in the team building activities, the staffs had a more profound understanding of the company’s values "Customer-centric, dedication, long-term hard work, criticism and self-criticism, lifelong learning".
